Nikolai Tarasov.
Born and raised in Russia, Nikolai started ballroom dancing at the age of 6.
After competing in Russia and being awarded many regional titles, he was offered the opportunity to move to the United States to continue competing and training
He moved to the USA at the age of 18 and continued to excel his skills while gaining titles such as
- US National 10 Dance Champion
- Top 48 at Blackpool Dance Festival
- Top 48 at The International Dance Championships
- Disney Cup Champion
Nikolai has been invited to lecture at both Stanford University and the University of California, Berkley.
AFTER MEETING Sarah IN BLACKPOOL, THEY NOW BOTH CALL LOS ANGELES HOME.
THEY COMPETE AND WORK AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, AS WELL AS COMPETING AND REPRESENTING CALIFORNIA ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES, THEY ALSO REPRESENT THE USA WHEN OVERSEAS.
IN THE FIRST THREE YEARS DANCING TOGETHER, THEY ARE THREE TIME NATIONAL FINALISTS IN THE USA IN THE AMATEUR DIVISION, AND ARE NOW COMPETING IN THE PROFESSIONAL DIVISION, AND ARE IN THE TOP 6 IN AMERICA.
